I really enjoyed watching “On the Move” much more than other fitness programs. This healthy living program is different from shows like The Biggest Loser because it’s more realistic. The participants only compete against each other for fun and the rewards are not measured in dollars. The rewards of getting on the move are staying young and fit and simply feeling healthier. Great show I hope it helps you get up and start moving.
